Teaching Your Child About Money At An Early Age You Are Doing Them A Huge Favor

By teaching your child about money at an early age you are doing them a huge favor. You have a better chance of your child being a well-rounded and responsible appreciation of the value and uses of money if you begin teaching them about money at an early age. Some parents might not understand where or how to begin teaching their child about money so they dont start this process until they are older.

Start by teaching your children to identify the different coins. This should be done at the beginning when the child is at a very young age. When you are out shopping with your child you can point out what money is used for and pointing out to them what is happening.

When your child gets to the elementary school age you might want to think about giving them an allowance on a weekly basis. This should be offered to each child. At this point it is not important how much the allowance is. Start teaching what appropriate uses of this money might be and what can happen if they spend their money in an irresponsible way. Now is a good time to express the importance of contributing part of their allowance to a charity or a local church. Teach your child why it is important to give to these organizations on a regular basis. There will come a time when your child will want to buy a specific item and you need to show them how many weeks they will need to save their allowance to be able to make that purchase.

Take your child to the grocery store with you to begin teaching your child the value of careful money management. Have your child look at different brands of the same product so they can figure out what would be the best value.

If you encourage your child to help with chores around the house this will help them learn a lot about money. Push your child to find ways to earn money.

Continue to give allowance to your children who are now teenagers but it should now be connected with household chores and other jobs they are obligated to complete.

In the late teenage years keep teaching your child about money by allowing your children to do the weekly grocery shopping, let them help put together a budget for a family vacations and teaching them how to fill out tax forms, if they are employed. Show your older teenage children how to obtain a small installment loan. This will help them learn the importance of a budget for regular financial responsibilities as well as help build their line of credit.

Your child will be much more prepared to be responsible with their money if you take the time now to teach your child how to manage their money.

How To Sell Dogs Online

How to sell dogs online revolves around two key factors:

1. Where you advertise

2. The quality of your advertisement.

For the first factor, check the resource box at the end of this article for a leading online advertising medium that has a very high sales rate in the Pets & Dogs category.

When it comes to the second factor, a little thinking and research is required before submitting your ad.

The first thing to do is spy on the competition. Simply put Yorkshire terriers for sale in Google and see what ads are already out there (or whatever breed of dog you specialize in).

As you browse the ad listings most will be quite mediocre and hardly warrant a second glance. That makes it easier to identify the ones that are different. As your eye scans the listing which ad(s) jump out at you? Which one gets you to click?

If the ad had that effect on you, you can be sure it is having that effect on many others too! So analyze that ad. What makes it good? What made you stop and click on that ad more than all the others?

Now simply copy the style. Note, style, not the exact wording of the ad. Perhaps after analysis you realize there were emotional, appealing words or adjectives used that gave the ad a certain feel.

Instead of just describing your dog breed by its name, what characteristics of the dog make it lovable, or endearing? What are most dog owners of this particular breed looking for in a dog? Companionship, loyalty, protection?

Then choose appropriate emotionally charged adjectives whenever you mention the dog by name.

The headline of course is of crucial importance. The first 3 or four words should describe your dog in very appealing terms and the second part of the headline should provide a reason why the prospective buyer would want to read more.

What are you offering that other breeders of the same dog are not emphasizing? Is it to do with your experience, your facilities, special features or markings on the dogs you are selling? Choose a unique feature and emphasize that in the headline and the advertising text.

So again the question, How to sell dogs online?

Simply focus on these two factors, 1) where you advertise, and 2) the quality of your advertisement. You will be ahead of the competition and stand a high chance of being seen.

Real World MLM Marketing Tips....Reach Your Target Audience Through Guest Speaking

Here's another "creative" method of offline marketing that will take some effort on your part .... but no cash outlay.

Volunteer as a speaker for various business, educational, or other organizations. This is a great way to reach a targeted audience and brand yourself as an expert in their eyes.

Groups like your local Chamber Of Commerce, PTA, Garden Club, Hunt Club, Single Parents, Home Owner's Association, VFW, Church, Little League, Soccer Club, Kiwana's, VFW, American Legion, Moose Lodge, Alumni Association, etc. hold meetings where they frequently need speakers. Do some research and find out all such groups in your area then contact them to volunteer your services as a speaker.

You'll have to do some work to prepare a talk pertinent in subject matter to their interest .... of course. But the event itself as well as the contacts you'll make create a great networking opportunity for you.

People will be curious about what you do. The host will obviously introduce you before you speak and include a little about "who you are". Just make friends and share as appropriate when appropriate.

This is more about branding yourself in the community and reaching large groups while doing it.

An added benefit of this method is the opportunity to hone your presentation/communication skills and practice simple networking.

I don't suggest setting up any kind of display of your "wares" .... but you certainly may have some type of momento made available to the guests. Perhaps something like mugs, pens, refrigerator magnets, and such with your logo and website url. Maybe even a "gift basket" or 2 as a door prize .... donated by you of course .... with your business card inside. Just be subtle not obvious.

Of course do have plenty of business cards to share IF asked. Don't force them on anyone but be prepared.

The point is just to gain visibilty .... network .... make contacts .... and DEFINITELY follow-up afterward.

Another related tip is to be sure that any write-up of the event for local print media includes not only your name as guest speaker .... but something like your website url for curious readers also.
